The diesel engine pump vacuum auxiliary device offers users two options. One is that the vacuum pump system relies on the power of the diesel engine shaft, and is driven by a pulley to operate the vacuum pump along with the diesel engine self-suction pump. The entire system remains in a vacuum suction state, making the self-suction performance of the self-suction pump more stable. Therefore, it is called a non-stop vacuum auxiliary diesel engine water pump.
In addition, there is a type of diesel pump that has an automatic shutdown system with vacuum assistance. When it detects that water is being sucked up by the vacuum pump, the pump will automatically shut down through the clutch. This type of diesel pump water pump is a little more expensive. The two types of vacuum-assisted diesel pump water pumps have the same self-pumping performance. Diesel pumps can suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fibers. Especially, the new vacuum-assisted type diesel pump water pump with an open impeller structure can be a self-pumping pump with significantly better particle-pulling ability.
Diesel engine pumps can be widely applied in municipal sewage and flood prevention projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. This diesel engine water pump features a simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage-carrying capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient use and maintenance, and an integrated or outdoor-type mobile design. It is the first of its kind in the domestic diesel engine pump self-priming pump series. It is a domestic first-of-its-kind pump that can ideally handle sewage containing solid particles. The designed non-clogging impeller can pass through the largest solid particles of 76mm in size.
Just install the diesel engine pump beside the sewage pit and insert the suction pipe below the liquid surface. It can work effectively and replace submersible sewage pumps and submersible pumps. There is no need to lift the pump with any lifting tools. The installation, maintenance and daily upkeep can be completed on the ground using ordinary tools.
(1) Working principle of diesel engine multi-stage pump:
When the prime mover of the diesel engine multi-stage pump drives the impeller to rotate, it not only exerts a certain effect on the liquid, but also generates centrifugal force and axial thrust. That is to say, it is a combination of centrifugal pumps and axial flow pumps, and the liquid flows out of the impeller at an oblique angle.
(2) Structural features of diesel engine multi-stage pumps:
(1) The diesel engine multi-stage pump is mainly composed of the pump cover, pump body, pump shaft, impeller, bearing sleeve and bearing housing (with a diameter of ≤ 350mm) or bearing frame (with a diameter of ≥ 400mm), etc. It features a simple structure, reliable operation, convenient installation, small size, light weight, and high efficiency.
(2) The transmission methods of multi-stage pumps for diesel engines can be classified as direct transmission and variable-speed transmission. The commonly used power machines we refer to here are electric motors and diesel engines. Keller told us that if we want to order such multi-stage pumps, we must clearly specify the model (power, speed) of the power machine in order to determine the specifications of the coupling or pulley.
(3) The direction of the diesel engine multi-stage pump is generally from the inlet end. The diameter of its impeller is usually rotated counterclockwise (for the 650KDW-5, -7, -10 pumps, it rotates clockwise).
(4) Due to its large flow area, the diesel engine multi-stage pump can effectively prevent blockages.
(5) The power drive for multi-stage pumps can be provided by electric motors or internal combustion engines.
