Working principle
Centrifugal Pipeline Pump: By relying on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, the liquid gains energy within the impeller. When the impeller rotates at high speed, the liquid is thrown towards the edge of the impeller, forming a low-pressure area at the center of the impeller. The liquid in the suction tank is continuously drawn into the center of the impeller under the action of atmospheric pressure, and is then thrown towards the pump casing by the impeller. Through the guiding effect of the pump casing, the liquid is discharged from the pump body, achieving the transportation of the liquid.
Axial-flow pipeline pump: It mainly relies on the axial thrust generated by the blades of the impeller when it rotates to make the liquid flow axially. When the impeller rotates, the blades push the liquid, enabling the liquid to acquire energy in the direction of the pump shaft, thereby achieving the transportation of the liquid. It is suitable for applications with large flow rate and low head.
Structural Characteristics
Compactness: Pipeline pumps usually adopt a direct connection structure, where the motor and the pump body are directly connected. This reduces the need for intermediate transmission devices, making the overall structure more compact, with a small footprint, and facilitating installation in pipeline systems. It is particularly suitable for applications with limited space.
Versatility: The inlet and outlet flange dimensions are consistent with standard pipe flanges, allowing for direct connection to the pipeline. The installation is convenient and quick, without the need for additional connection devices. It can adapt to different pipe diameters and has strong versatility.
Disassembly capability: The structural design of some pipeline pumps makes them easy to disassemble and maintain. The main components such as the pump body and the impeller can be conveniently disassembled and replaced, thereby reducing maintenance costs and difficulties.
Characteristics
High efficiency and energy saving: By adopting advanced hydraulic design and manufacturing techniques, this pump achieves high operational efficiency during operation, effectively reducing energy consumption and lowering operating costs.
Stable operation: Through rigorous dynamic balance tests and quality inspections, the pump has been ensured to have stability and reliability during operation, reducing vibration and noise and extending its service life.
Sealing performance is reliable: Equipped with high-performance mechanical seals or packing seal devices, it can effectively prevent liquid leakage, ensuring the normal operation of the pump, and enhancing the safety and stability of the pump.
Type
Single-stage single-suction pipe pump: The structure is simple, with only one impeller, and the liquid is drawn in from one side of the impeller. It is suitable for transporting clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water that are non-corrosive. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems, heating and ventilation air conditioning systems, etc. in industrial and civil buildings.
Single-stage double-suction pipe pump: It has two suction inlets, with a large flow rate and good anti-suction erosion performance. It is commonly used in urban water supply, large industrial circulating water systems, and other occasions where a high flow rate is required.
Multi-stage pump: Composed of multiple impellers connected in series, it can achieve a higher head. It is suitable for water supply in high-rise buildings, long-distance water transmission, and other working conditions requiring high head.
Application scope
Construction field: Used for the supply of domestic water for buildings, pressurization of fire-fighting water, circulation of chilled water and cooling water in air conditioning systems, etc.
Industrial field: In industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, power generation, and metallurgy, it is used to convey various liquids in the production processes, such as the transportation of chemical raw materials, petroleum products, boiler feed water and circulating water in power stations, etc.
Agricultural sector: It can be used for irrigation of farmland, flood drainage, etc., providing reliable water resources support for agricultural production.
Municipal sector: In the urban water supply and drainage system, as equipment for water source intake, sewage transportation and lifting at sewage treatment plants, etc.
Notes for Attention
Installation: During installation, ensure that the inlet and outlet of the pipeline pump are securely connected to the pipeline without any leakage. Also, the support and fixation of the pipeline should be reasonable to prevent stress from being transmitted to the pump body, which could affect the normal operation of the pump.
Start and Stop: Before starting, make sure the pump is fully filled with liquid to avoid damaging the impeller and seals due to dry running. When stopping, first close the outlet valve and then cut off the power supply to prevent backflow of the liquid.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect the operating condition of the pump, including temperature, vibration, and noise. Replace the lubricating oil, grease, and worn components in a timely manner to ensure the performance and reliability of the pump.
