Operating Conditions
1.Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or the maximum operating pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 MPa (i.e., pressure at the suction nozzle + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa).
2.Keep it cool - works in temps below 104°F and humid places below 95% humidity
3.The liquid can have tiny bits in it ( 0.1% by volume), nothing bigger than a grain of sand (under 0.2mm).
4.The ambient altitude should not exceed 1,000 m. If it does, this must be specified when ordering so that we can provide more reliable products.
Applications:
1.ISG Vertical Single-Stage Single-Suction Centrifugal Pump: Used for clean water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. Suitable for industrial and municipal water supply, drainage, high-rise building water pressure systems, garden irrigation, firefighting booster systems, long-distance water transport, and heating/cooling circulation systems. Operating temperature: ≤ 60°C.
2.IRG Vertical Single-Stage Single-Suction Hot-Water Pump: Used in metallurgy, chemical industries, textiles, woodworking, paper production, boiler water circulation in hotels, bathrooms, and restaurants, as well as residential heating systems. Operating temperature: ≤ 99°C.
