Characteristics of Corrosion Resistant Chemical Pump:
The pump cover is fixed to the middle bracket through a stopper and is then clamped in place through the connection between the pump body and the stopper of the middle bracket. The pump body features axial suction and radial discharge, is foot-supported, and can be directly mounted on the base. The suspension components are secured to the middle bracket via a stopper and are supported on the base by the suspension bracket. For ease of disassembly, an extended coupling has been designed, allowing for maintenance without the need to disassemble the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body, and motor. Simply remove the middle connecting piece of the coupling to access the rotor component for maintenance. This is a commonly used structural design.
