The working principle of a pipeline pump is to utilize the power of an electric motor, through the rotation of the impeller, to draw the liquid into the pump body and then transport it through the pipeline to the desired location. The specific working principle is as follows:
1. Inlet stage: When the electric motor is started, the impeller begins to rotate. The air inside the impeller is forced to move, creating negative pressure, which causes the liquid in the pipeline pump to be sucked into the pump body.
2. Pushing stage: As the impeller rotates, the liquid is pushed to the pump's outlet. During this process, the rotational speed of the impeller and its geometric shape affect the flow rate and pressure of the liquid.
3. Pump body and pipeline: The liquid flows from the pump body into the pipeline and is transported to the target location. The diameter, length, and material of the pipeline affect the efficiency and performance of liquid transportation.
It should be noted that pipeline pumps have certain working conditions and limitations, such as pump head limitations, requirements for liquid temperature and viscosity, etc. In practical applications, it is necessary to select the appropriate pump type, materials, and accessories to meet the working requirements.
