1. Heat treatment preparation

1. Preparation work for machining

2. Strictly follow the operating procedures and measure the machining dimensions in real-time during the machining process to prevent machining deviations or excessive machining.
3. After the processing is completed, it is handed over to a professional quality inspection engineer for size inspection to confirm that there are no errors before being stored.

Assembly of slurry pump
1.Install according to the installation dimensions of each component of the slurry pump.
2.After assembly, conduct an overall inspection of the entire machine to ensure that it is securely installed.
3.Spray paint, air dry.
4.Test the pressure of the slurry pump and check for leaks.
