6. After the casting is completed, most of the casting process will come to an end, waiting for the temperature of the casting parts to decrease and solidify into shape.

Heat treatment is the process of transforming the alloy structure and microstructure of cast components into a highly wear-resistant state through heat treatment.

1. Heat treatment preparation

2. The heat treatment of slurry pumps is divided into two types: normalizing and annealing.

Use vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, boring machines, drilling machines and other machinery to process slurry pump accessories.

1. Preparation work for machining

Check whether the product has obvious product defects.

2. Strictly follow the operating procedures and measure the machining dimensions in real-time during the machining process to prevent machining deviations or excessive machining.

3. After the processing is completed, it is handed over to a professional quality inspection engineer for size inspection to confirm that there are no errors before being stored.
