Multistage Bare Pump

D, DM, DF, DY, DG series of pumps are multistage bare pump horizontal, single-suction, multi-stage, sectional centrifugal pumps. They feature high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. They are used for transporting clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. They can also be used for transporting hot water, oils, corrosive or abrasive media by changing the material of the pump's flow components, the sealing form, and adding a cooling system. The products comply with the JB/T1051-93 standard "Types and Basic Parameters of Multi-stage Clear Water Centrifugal Pumps".

D: Suitable for transporting clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, with a temperature range of 0 to +80℃. The pump's suction inlet is horizontal and the discharge outlet is vertical upwards.
DM: Suitable for transporting liquids containing a small amount of solid particles and with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, with a temperature range of 0 to +80℃. The pump's suction inlet is horizontal and the discharge outlet is vertical upwards.
DG: Suitable for transporting clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, with a temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃. The pump's suction inlet and discharge outlet are both vertical upwards.
DY: Suitable for transporting petroleum products or other liquids similar to water, with a temperature range of -20℃ to +400℃. The pump's suction inlet and discharge outlet are both vertical upwards.
DF: Suitable for transporting non-solid-particle-containing corrosive liquids, with a temperature range of -20℃ to +150℃. The pump's suction inlet and discharge outlet are both vertical upwards.

The multistage bare pump D-type pumps are installed horizontally. Except for the D16-60 pump whose suction inlet is vertically upward, the suction inlets of the other pumps are horizontal. The discharge outlets of all D-type pumps are vertically upward. The axial force is balanced by the balance disc. The shaft seal generally uses packing seal, and mechanical seal can also be used according to user requirements. Except for the D85-67 and D155-67 pumps which use sliding bearings and lubricating oil, the rest use rolling bearings and grease lubrication.
