IS end suction pump It is a mechanical equipment in the field of mechanical manufacturing, widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation and other scenarios. The medium this pump transports is clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a maximum applicable temperature not exceeding 80℃.
This pump is designed according to international standard ISO2858 and adopts a horizontal installation and a structure of horizontal axial suction and upward radial discharge. The pump body is designed with a rear door opening, allowing the rotor components to be withdrawn without dismantling the pipeline during maintenance. The flow range is 5.4 to 400 m³/h, and the head can reach 4 to 80 m. The model parameters include the inlet diameter, outlet diameter, nominal diameter of the impeller and cutting mark. For example, in "IS100-65J-200A", "A" represents the first cutting of the impeller. The pump uses soft packing seal or mechanical seal, and the main material of the flow components is gray cast iron. The complete set of equipment includes the pump, motor, base and matching valve components.

It is mainly composed of (1) pump body, (2) pump cover, (3) impeller, (4) pump shaft, (5) sealing ring, (6) shaft sleeve, (7) suspension bearing components, etc. For the IS type pump, the part of the pump body and pump cover is separated from the back of the impeller, which is usually referred to as the rear-opening structure. Its advantage is that maintenance is convenient. During maintenance, the pump body, suction pipeline and discharge pipeline do not need to be moved, and the rotor components can be withdrawn to carry out maintenance. The pump housing (i.e. the pump body and pump cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump. The impeller, shaft and rolling bearings are the rotor of the shaft. The suspension bearing components support the rotor components of the pump, and the rolling bearings bear the radial and axial forces of the pump. The pump shaft seal adopts a soft packing seal. The bearings are single-row radial ball bearings, lubricated with lubricating oil. The material of the flow components is generally ordinary gray cast iron. If the user has special requirements for the material, they can negotiate with our factory. From the motor end, the pump rotor rotates clockwise.

The derivative models expand the application range, including the IRG type with a temperature resistance of 120℃, the IHG type suitable for corrosive media, and the YG type for transporting petroleum products.
