1.The customer provides the parameters that the working conditions must meet, and a professional slurry pump engineer performs slurry pump selection to determine the slurry pump model and the matching motor power;
2.The customer directly provides the required slurry pump model and matching motor power.
Generally, a quotation for a complete slurry pump unit must include at least: the price of the pump head, the price of slurry pump accessories, and the price of the matching motor - these three parts.
Among them, the pump head refers to the price of the slurry pump excluding the base, transmission assembly, and motor cover;
Accessories refer to the sum of all other auxiliary components excluding the pump head and motor, such as: base, foundation bolts, coupling, pulleys, etc.
II. Steps for Quoting Slurry Pump Spare Parts
1.The customer directly provides the existing model, and we quote according to the existing model. Quoting for spare parts is relatively simple because they are all mature products with specific characteristics, and a single spare part does not require assembly.
2.The exception is, for example, the slurry pump bearing assembly. Although it is part of the slurry pump spare parts, the bearing assembly is actually a general term for many related bearing and rotor components. When quoting, it is essential to confirm the customer's model and whether the shaft has been specially customized.
3.In many cases, especially among slurry pump users, the names used for spare parts are not precise. In such situations, we must repeatedly confirm and verify the model and specifications of the spare parts, and must never quote blindly, as this would be irresponsible to the customer!
