The IH single-stage single-suction chemical pump is a cantilever centrifugal pump produced by Tianyi Pump Valve. It complies with the ISO2858 international standard and is mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids or similar water-like media without solid particles in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and metallurgy. It is positioned as an efficient and energy-saving product to replace the traditional F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump [1].
This pump adopts an axial suction and radial discharge structure, with a flow rate ranging from 6.3 to 400 m³/h and a head reaching 5 to 125 m. It is equipped with a dual-speed configuration of 1450/2900 r/min. The temperature range of the medium transported is -20°C to 105°C, and it can be extended to 280°C under special cooling conditions. The pump body adopts a base-foot support design, supporting both packing seal and mechanical seal types. Users can choose the sealing scheme according to the working conditions in accordance with the ISO3069 standard. The outer diameter of the impeller can be adjusted for cutting performance, suitable for inlet diameters of 50-200 mm and outlet diameters of 32-150 mm, with a power range of 0.55-90 kW.
Its marking, rated performance and dimensions are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858. It features a wide performance range, high efficiency, high "three-ization" level and convenient maintenance. Its efficiency is on average 5% higher than that of the F-type pump. It is a nationally promoted energy-saving product.
The medium transported by the IH type chemical pump has a temperature range of -20℃ to 105℃. When necessary, cooling measures can be adopted to transport media with higher temperatures. It is suitable for industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, wastewater treatment and synthetic fibers for transporting various corrosive or non-polluting media similar to water.

Product parameters

The IH single-stage single-suction chemical pump is mainly composed of the following core components:
The pump body and the pump cover.
The pump body adopts a base-foot supporting structure. The inlet is horizontal and the outlet is vertical upwards, and it can be directly fixed on the base. The pump cover is fixed on the middle support by a keyway, and it is closely connected to the pump body through connecting parts. Impeller

Sealing system

Suspension components
Fixed by the interference fit on the intermediate support, it supports the pump body and allows the rotor components to be independently inspected without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines or the pump body.

The shaft connects the impeller and the motor, and the intermediate support plays the role of connecting the pump body and the suspension.
Material selection
According to the properties of the transported medium (such as temperature, corrosiveness), the pump body, impeller, and other components can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as fluoroplastics and stainless steel.
