A range of replaceable wear liners are available in2796 chrome white iron, rubber or urethane to suit therequirements of specific applications and slurry typesWear liners are easily replaced when required bysimply removing the front cover plate bolts and slidingoff the front cover. This alows minimal downtime andsimple servicing for maintenance staff
The impeller features pumpout vanes on therear face to prevent recirculation, impellersare available in 27%' chrome white iron orrubber to suit the requirements of the pumpedproduct and are easily accessible by simplyremoving the front cover plate bolts andsliding off the front cover.

Slurry Sand Dredging Pumps are fitted with heavy duty bearingassemblles with angular contact bearings in thewet end and single or doubie row deep grooveroller bearings in the drve end. Bearings aregrease lubricated as siandard and are avallabiewith the option ofoll lubrication to meetcusiomer reguirements.Bearng assembliesare ftted to the bearing frame with four throughbolts allowing for quick removal and simpleservicing.
