Sand mining sand suction pump is produced by our factory and is primarily used in industries such as coal, power, metallurgy, and construction. It is a newly developed anti-wear, corrosion-resistant slurry pump. Based on advanced international technology, it features an excellent hydraulic model, structural design, and high-quality anti-wear materials. It offers many distinctive features, including high efficiency, energy conservation, low vibration and noise, reliable operation, and long service life. The technical specifications comply with the JB/T 8096-1998 standard.
Applications
Mining: Transferring black and colored ore pulp.
Metallurgy: Transferring slurries in aluminum and steel plants.
Coal: Transferring coal slurry.
Power: Transferring mortar in power plants.
Construction: Transferring silt slurry (e.g., in concrete plants).
Chemical: Transferring corrosive slurry in phosphorus fertilizer plants.
Water Conservancy: Suction, draining, and delivery of rivers and lakes containing silt, grit, etc.
Operating Conditions
Speed: Motor-driven at 2900/1480/980/730/590 r/min (other drive methods are available to meet customer requirements).
Medium Temperature: Normal temperature < 80°C; special conditions can go up to 110°C.
Solid-Liquid Mixture Weight Density:
Mortar density < 45%.
Ore pulp density < 60%.
Capacity Range: 30–2000 m³/h.
Head Range: 15–130 m.
Installation Types
1.Single-stage, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump.
2.Flexible coupling directly connected drive (CR or CL), belt drive (ZV tall belt drive, CY back belt drive). The detailed structure can be referred to in the following charts. For belt drives (CR or CL), high-strength belts can endure larger drive power.
3.The pump outlet can be rotated to 8 directions in 45° intervals.
4.The pump can be used in tandem, with an allowable operating pressure ≤ 2 MPa.
Shaft Seal
Packing Seal:High-pressure sealing water.
Suitable for single-operation pumps or secondary pumps where the discharge pressure is less than 10 times the suction pressure.
Supplementary Impeller + Composite Packing Seal:Adds fresh water or grease in the packing section.Suitable for single operation or the first pump in tandem operation where the discharge pressure exceeds 10 times the suction pressure.This is the standard configuration of our company.
Mechanical Seal:Suitable for customers with strict leakage requirements.
