The ZW type non-blocking self-suction sewage pump is a new type of pump developed by our company based on the technical advantages of the ZX type self-suction centrifugal pump and the QW type submersible sewage pump, and by integrating the advantages of similar foreign products. This product integrates self-suction and sewage discharge functions. It does not require the installation of a bottom valve or priming water, and can suck sewage containing solid particles with a diameter up to 60% of the outlet diameter or fibers with a length of 1.5 times the diameter of the impeller.

It adopts an axial return external mixing structure and a non-blocking impeller design, with a self-suction height of 4.5 - 6.0 meters and a shorter time consumption than similar products. The flow rate range is 5 - 800 m³/h, the head range is 12 - 60 meters, the medium can withstand a maximum temperature of 100°C, and is compatible with liquids with a pH value of 1 - 14 (stainless steel material) or 6 - 9 (cast iron material). Through optimizing the hydraulic model, it achieves a 3% - 5% higher energy efficiency than ordinary self-suction pumps, supports the selection of explosion-proof motors, and is suitable for the transportation of chemical suspended media and gel-like liquids.

This pump combines self-priming and unobstructed sewage discharge functions. It can operate like a common clear water self-priming pump without the need for a bottom valve or the introduction of water for priming. It can also suck up waste materials such as large solid particles, long fibers, sediment, waste minerals, feces, and all kinds of engineering wastewater, significantly reducing the labor intensity of workers. Moreover, it is convenient to use, move, install, requires very little maintenance, and has stable performance.

The ZW series non-clogging sewage pumps are suitable for the discharge of severely polluted wastewater in factories and commercial areas, sewage treatment stations in residential areas, water distribution systems in urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations in civil defense systems, water supply equipment in waterworks, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction sites, supporting equipment for mines, rural biogas tanks, and agricultural irrigation. They can convey sewage and waste with particles, and can also be used for clear water and weakly corrosive media.
