The AH slurry pump is a commonly used horizontal slurry transportation equipment in the industrial field. centrifugal sand slurry pump It adopts a vertical mid-open double pump housing structure, and the discharge outlet can be adjusted in angle by rotating at 45° intervals to meet different working conditions. This pump is equipped with a cylindrical bearing assembly, which supports grease lubrication and overall disassembly and maintenance. The shaft seal can be selected from packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal and mechanical seal. The transmission methods include V-type belt, elastic coupling, etc., totaling six types. The flow components are composed of cast iron pump body and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber liner. Through speed variation design and multi-stage series connection, it achieves efficient long-distance transportation, with significant advantages in reducing operating costs. During operation, it is necessary to control the temperature of the bearing cooling water and the leakage of the packing seal, and prevent cavitation caused by improper adjustment of the inlet valve.

Bearings assembly: The bearings assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate. It can be disassembled as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
Seals (Sealing): The types of pump seals include packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, and mechanical seal.
Transmission method: There are V-type belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency drive device, and thyristor speed regulation, etc. Among them, V-type belt transmission includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR transmission.
Overall performance: The pump has a wide performance range, good cavitation performance, and high efficiency. It can adopt multi-stage series technology to meet long-distance transportation requirements. The flow components have various metals available for selection, and the depth is increased. With multiple speeds and various variant methods, the pump operates at the optimal working conditions. Product working principle and structure

Working principle
The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller sucks the liquid mixture containing solid particles into the pump and accelerates it. Subsequently, the liquid decelerates in the volute and converts into static pressure energy, and finally is discharged at high pressure.
Structural features
Pump head structure
A double-layer pump casing (inner and outer metal structure) is adopted. The casing is of vertical split type, and the outlet can be installed at 8 different positions by rotation. A labyrinth-type clearance seal is set between the impeller and the rear guard plate, combined with a mechanical seal or packing seal, effectively preventing the leakage of the slurry.
Frame structure
The design is of horizontal split type, optimizing the bearing structure, and reasonably distributing radial and axial forces to extend the bearing life.
Sealing system
A secondary impeller + packing seal combination is adopted. The pressure head generated by the secondary impeller resists leakage, and the back blades and water seal ring reduce the pressure at the packing area to prevent impurities from entering.
Flow components
The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted. Wear-resistant alloy materials are used, maintaining efficient operation. The pump casing is of a split casting structure, equipped with a detachable guard plate, facilitating maintenance.

Horizontal slurry pumps are mainly applied in the following scenarios:
Mining sector
Used for transporting raw ore, treating tailings, transporting refined ore, and draining water from mine pits. For example, pumping out the coarse ore extracted from the mine to the crushing station or the beneficiation plant, treating the waste tailings slurry produced after beneficiation, and draining the water from the mine pit to ensure operational safety.
Metallurgical industry
Applied for transporting slag, circulating slurry, and transporting desulfurization slurry in flue gas desulfurization, such as treating the slag or water-quenched slag produced by high-temperature smelting, circulating the slurry in the wet smelting process, and transporting limestone slurry as a desulfurization absorbent.
Electric power industry
