The QSZ type submersible slurry pump is a pump and motor integrated unit with the motor shaft coaxial to the pump. The entire machine adopts a dry-type motor and pump structure. The motor is protected by mechanical seals, effectively preventing high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity. Besides the main impeller, there is also a mixing impeller, which can stir the sludge deposited at the bottom into a turbulent state and extract it. The main flow components such as the impeller and the mixing impeller are made of high wear-resistant materials, which are resistant to wear, corrosion, have no blockage, and have strong sewage discharge capacity. They can effectively pass through larger solid particles. It is not limited by the suction height, has high suction efficiency, and can clean the sludge more thoroughly. No auxiliary vacuum pump is required, resulting in lower investment. No auxiliary stirring or jetting devices are needed, making the operation simpler. When the slurry pump is in operation, it needs to be placed on land, with the suction pipe placed in water, and the pump needs to be primed for startup. For the mud pump and the submersible slurry pump, due to structural limitations, the motor needs to be placed above the water surface, and the pump is placed in the water. Therefore, it must be fixed; otherwise, if the motor falls into the water, it will cause the motor to be damaged.
