The flow components of the pump are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, cast with high chromium. They are resistant to erosion and corrosion, have excellent performance, and have superior flow characteristics. Their service life is 2 to 10 times longer than that of similar pumps in China.
(2) Advantages of the pump's sealing structure;
The pump adopts a unique new type of double-end face alloy externally-mounted mechanical seal. The impeller and the shaft are connected by a spiral connection, and the motor is coaxial with the pump. The two are separated by an oil isolation chamber and a mechanical seal assembly. The motor is completely sealed. For example, the ZJQ submersible slurry pump. Because the pump and the motor are coaxial, the shaft is short, and the rotating part is lightweight, the load (radial) borne by the bearing (on the bearing) is relatively small. The ZJQ type submersible slurry pump is a hydraulic machinery that works by immersing the motor and the water pump together in the medium. It is suitable for transporting liquids containing sand, coal slag, tailings and other solid particles. It is mainly used for clearing and transporting slurry-like liquids in enterprises such as metallurgy, mining, dredging ships, thermal power plants, etc. It is an ideal replacement product for traditional slurry pumps. This series of products are designed and manufactured by absorbing advanced foreign technologies. They use high-tech wear-resistant materials, which greatly increase the equipment's lifespan and reduce the frequency of maintenance. The pump adds a set of mixing impellers at the bottom of the main impeller, which can spray the settled sludge into turbulent flow. The formed high-concentration slurry is exactly located at the suction inlet of the main impeller, enabling the pump to achieve high-concentration transportation without the need for auxiliary devices. The sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the equipment, ensuring the balance of pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal and guaranteeing the reliability of the mechanical seal, significantly extending its service life. The motor adopts various protection measures such as overheating and water ingress detection, enabling long-term safe operation under harsh working conditions. At the same time, the company can also add protective measures such as motor anti-condensation and bearing temperature measurement according to user requirements, to meet the use of users in different occasions.

Characteristics

 

Product features of the underwater slurry pump:
The entire machine is of a dry-type pump design. The motor is equipped with an oil chamber seal, and an internal mechanical seal is installed, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor chamber.
2. Besides the main impeller, there is also a mixing impeller which can stir the sludge deposited at the bottom of the water into a turbulent state and then extract it.
3. The flow components such as the impeller and the agitator impeller are made of high-hardness high-chromium cast steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has strong sewage-discharging capacity, and can pass through larger solid particles.
4. The motor is submerged underwater, without being restricted by the suction depth. It has a high suction efficiency and can achieve a more thorough cleaning of the sediment.
5. The overall equipment is simplified, without the need to be equipped with auxiliary stirring devices or spraying devices. The operation is simple, and the total investment of the unit is reduced.
6. The stirring impeller is directly close to the deposition surface, and the concentration can be controlled by adjusting the submersion depth. In cases where the medium's specific gravity is high, an auxiliary device can be installed to increase the medium concentration.


Operating conditions for the underwater slurry pump:
The power supply is a 50Hz/380V three-phase AC power supply, and the capacity of the distribution transformer is 2 to 3 times the rated capacity of the motor.
2. The medium temperature must not exceed 60℃ and there should be no flammable or explosive gases present.
3. The heavy concentration of solid particles in the medium: slag accounts for 45%, and fly ash accounts for 60%.
4. Submersion depth of the unit: No more than 40 meters. For small submersion depths, the depth at which the motor is submerged shall be taken as the standard.
5. The working position of the unit in the medium is vertical, with the upper part suspended and positioned.
6. The maximum diving depth of the crew is no more than 20 meters, and the minimum diving depth is no less than 1 meter.

 

How to select the type of sewage slurry pump for underwater discharge

 

The drainage slurry pumps used in buildings include submersible sewage slurry pumps, submerged non-clogging sewage slurry pumps, vertical sewage slurry pumps and horizontal sewage slurry pumps, etc. Due to the generally small space and small drainage volume in buildings, submersible sewage slurry pumps and submerged non-clogging sewage slurry pumps can be given priority for use. Among them, the submerged sewage slurry pump is usually used in important places. Vertical sewage slurry pumps and horizontal sewage slurry pumps require setting of isolation foundations, self-priming water intake, and occupying a certain amount of space, so they are less used in buildings.
The flow rate of the drainage slurry pump should be selected based on the designed hourly flow rate for domestic drainage; when there is a drainage volume adjustment, it can be selected based on the maximum hourly flow rate for domestic drainage. The flow rate of the drainage slurry pump in the fire elevator collection tank should be no less than 10 L/s. The head of the drainage slurry pump is determined by calculating based on the lifting height and pipeline loss, and then an additional certain free water head is added. The free water head should be 0.02 to 0.03 MPa.
The flow velocity of the suction pipe and discharge pipe of the drainage slurry pump should not be less than 0.7m/s and should not exceed 2.0m/s. In public buildings, one backup slurry pump should be set for each living drainage collection tank, and they should operate alternately in normal times. For the drainage of floors in basements, equipment rooms, and garages, if there are two or more drainage slurry pumps, an auxiliary slurry pump may not be required. When an accident drainage pipe cannot be set in the collection tank, the water slurry pump should have uninterrupted power supply; when the drainage inlet pipe can be closed, uninterrupted power supply may not be required, but an alarm device should be set. When lifting sewage and wastewater with large impurities, the discharge pipes of the submersible sewage slurry pumps in different collection tanks should not be combined for discharge; when lifting general wastewater, the discharge pipes of the submersible sewage slurry pumps in different collection tanks can be combined for discharge according to actual circumstances. When two or more water slurry pumps share one discharge pipe, valves and check valves should be installed on the discharge pipes of each water slurry pump.
When a single water sludge pump may cause backflow during drainage, a check valve should be installed. It is not allowed to combine the pressure drainage shut-off with the gravity drainage pipes within the building for discharge. When a submersible sludge pump for sewage lifting contains large debris, a crushing device should be equipped on the submersible sludge pump; when lifting sewage containing a large amount of fibrous substances, a large-channel submersible sludge pump should be used. When the motor power of the submersible sludge pump is greater than or equal to 7.5kW or the outlet pipe diameter is greater than or equal to DN100, a fixed autotransformer device for the water sludge pump can be adopted; when the motor power of the submersible sludge pump is less than 7.5kW or the outlet pipe diameter is less than DN100, a flexible hose mobile installation can be used. When the sewage collection tank uses a submersible sludge pump for drainage, a fixed autotransformer device for the water sludge pump should be installed to facilitate the maintenance of the water sludge pump. The drainage sludge pump should be able to automatically start and stop and be manually started and stopped on site. Multiple water sludge pumps can operate in parallel and alternately, or be put into operation in sections.
