Main purpose

Mine dewatering submersible slurry pump is a mechanism where the motor is directly connected to the pump. It is used for delivering liquids containing sand, coal cinders, solids, and other materials. The pump is primarily used for clearing mud from lakes, rivers, seas, and for widening channels. It can also be applied to clear sewage pools at construction sites, steelworks, power stations, and similar environments.

This tough pump is built to last with high-quality materials and smart design, featuring wide flow channels that can move lots of liquid at once. The inner parts are made to resist wear and tear, and it even comes with its own control system. Cable Entry:The cable entry is designed to incorporate both a seal and a strain relief function.

Cooling System:Under normal conditions, the surrounding water cools the motor. In more demanding applications, or when dry-installed, the pump can be equipped with a cooling jacket. The coolant is circulated around the stator housing by an integrated pump.

Monitoring:A thermal sensor is embedded in the stator windings to prevent overheating. An oil-water sensor and float switch are installed in the oil chamber to detect water leakage.

Bearing:SKF or NSK bearings are used to ensure long service life.

Mechanical Seal:A JohanCrane mechanical seal is used to ensure reliable sealing.
