The Electric Submersible Sewage Sludge pump  WQ submersible sewage pump is a submersible power equipment used for transporting sewage and media containing solid particles. It belongs to the category of fixed or mobile installed sewage pumps. It complies with the industry standard Q/TBJW2-2003 and is mainly applied in the fields of municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and building drainage. It can convey media with a temperature of ≤60℃ and a PH value of 5-9. The stainless steel version is suitable for corrosive environments.
This pump adopts a coaxial design of the water pump and motor. The impeller is of single or double flow channel structure, capable of passing solid particles and long fiber substances with a diameter of up to 50% of the pump's diameter. The sealing system is equipped with titanium tungsten carbide mechanical seal technology, supporting continuous operation for more than 8,000 hours. It is also equipped with water leakage detection sensors, thermal sensitive elements and float switches for automatic protection. Compact structure, supports rail coupling or mobile installation, no additional pump room required. The built-in fully automatic control cabinet is equipped with multiple safety protection functions and can handle abnormal working conditions such as overload and leakage.

1. The WQ type submersible sewage pump adopts a unique single or double-blade impeller structure, which significantly improves the capacity for passing sewage, and can effectively pass substances five times the diameter of the pump's inlet and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's inlet.
2. The mechanical seal uses a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten titanium material, which enables the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 days.
3. The overall structure of the WQ type submersible sewage pump is compact, small in size, has low noise, and has significant energy-saving effects. It is easy to maintain and does not require a pump room. It can work underwater and significantly reduces the engineering cost.
4. The sealing oil chamber of the WQ type submersible sewage pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding is pre-installed with a thermosensitive element, which automatically protects the pump motor.
5. It can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet according to user requirements. It automatically protects the pump against water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.
6. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change in the required liquid level, eliminating the need for supervision and making use extremely convenient.
7. The WQ series can be equipped with a double-guide rail automatic coupling installation system according to user requirements. It brings greater convenience for installation and maintenance, and people do not need to enter the sewage pit for this purpose.
8. It can be used throughout the entire lift range while ensuring that the motor does not overload.
9. There are two different installation methods： fixed-type automatic coupling installation system and mobile-type free installation system.

Operating Conditions
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60℃, and the medium density is 1 to 1.3 kg/dm³.
2. There is no internal self-flow circulating cooling system pump. The motor part shall not protrude above the liquid surface by more than ½ .
3. The cast iron material is suitable for pH values ranging from 5 to 9.
4. The 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used in various corrosive media.
