1. The oil chamber adopts a fluororubber double end mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single end fluororubber mechanical oil seal structure, effectively reducing the problem of water ingress caused by the wear of the shaft due to friction between sediment and the shaft.
2. The motor is specially treated with vacuum sealing to make it extra heat-resistant (F-class insulation), and it comes with built-in overheating protection. This smart design helps the pump last much longer under tough working conditions.
3. If needed, you can add two useful extras:
A mixer that spins with the motor to churn up sludge from the bottom of tanks, keeping solids moving so they pump out easily.
A built-in shredder that chops up troublesome stuff like plastic bags, straw, and other stringy garbage before pumping, preventing clogs.
4. We can customize anti-corrosion cables, PTFE machine seals, and high-temperature resistant motors according to customers' special requirements. (Solve the use environment with liquid temperature ≤ 100 ℃)
