Products Description

The unique advantages of the AH series slurry pumps
Compared to ordinary slurry pumps, the AH series is like having a "bulletproof suit" on:
Wear resistance: The lifespan of the high-chromium alloy flow components is three times that of ordinary rubber. When pumping quartz sand, an ordinary pump wears out in 3 months, while the AH pump can last for 9 months.
Corrosion resistance: In slurry with pH values ranging from 2 to 12, the corrosion rate of metal parts is reduced by 40%.
Passage capacity: The largest particle that can pass through is 120mm in diameter, which is equivalent to being able to swallow an adult's fist.
Case: A mining plant used the AH pump to pump the gold-containing ore slurry. It operated continuously for 180 days without any downtime or maintenance. As a result, the annual maintenance cost was reduced by 60,000 yuan compared to the original pump.
III. Four Hidden Factors Affecting Performance
These details will prevent your pump from "delivering force effectively":
Slurry concentration: For every 10% increase in concentration, the flow rate decreases by approximately 8% (just like when the porridge becomes thicker, it takes longer to scoop it up)
Particle shape: Roughly shaped ores wear out twice faster than round sand grains.
Installation angle: When the pump shaft is tilted by more than 5°, the flow loss can reach 15%.
Cooling method: The pump uses shaft sealing water for cooling. The bearing life is twice as long as that of the air-cooled type.
Actual measurement: At a certain cement factory, the installation angle of the pump was adjusted from 3° to 0°. Three months later, the flow rate increased by 12% and the energy consumption decreased by 8%.
This series features a horizontal, vertically split design with a double pump housing structure. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal or rubber liners. The liners can be used until they are worn through, thereby extending the maintenance period.
The inlet of the AH and HH type pumps is axial, while the outlet is radial. Users can adjust the outlet direction at 45° intervals around the circumference as needed, and it can rotate at 8 different angles.
For the AH and HH type pumps, when viewed from the suction inlet direction, they rotate counterclockwise.
The transmission methods include V-shaped belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, and hydraulic coupling transmission, etc. The commonly used ones are DC type (direct connection transmission), CV type (vertical belt transmission), ZV type (upper and lower belt transmission), and CR type (parallel belt transmission).
The shaft seal adopts water seal packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal or mechanical seal. The flow components are generally made of alloy wear-resistant materials or various rubber materials.
The AH and HH type slurry pumps are single-stage single-suction suspended-wall horizontal centrifugal pumps. They are suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, and construction for transporting liquids containing suspended solid particles, such as concentrates, tailings, ash, coal slag, cement, soil, and gravel, which are highly abrasive, corrosive, and of high concentration. The temperature of the mixed solid-liquid substance being transported shall not exceed 80℃, and the mass concentration can reach 60%.
