01.No water supply failure
- Air trapped in the suction pipe or the pump: Before starting the pump, if the suction pipe or the pump is not completely filled with liquid, air will be present, causing the pump to fail to draw water properly.
Suction pipe blockage: Debris, sediment, etc. may clog the suction pipe, hindering the intake of liquid.
Motor reversal: Incorrect wiring of the motor may cause the motor to reverse, making the impeller of the pump rotate in the opposite direction to the designed direction and unable to generate sufficient head.
Impeller damage: Long-term use or impact by foreign objects may cause wear or fracture of the impeller, affecting the drainage capacity of the pump. Solution
Remove air: Open the exhaust valve to allow the liquid to fill the suction pipe and the pump body, then discharge the air inside.
Clean the suction pipe: Turn off the pump, disassemble the suction pipe, and remove any debris or obstructions from it.
Adjust motor wiring: Check the motor wiring, correct any incorrect connections, and ensure the motor rotates in the forward direction.
Replace the impeller: If the impeller is severely damaged, a new one should be replaced promptly.
02.Insufficient traffic fault
Insufficient pump speed: Low power supply voltage, loose belt, etc. may cause the pump speed to decrease, thereby reducing the flow rate.
Wear of the impeller: Wear of the impeller will reduce the pump's efficiency and flow rate.
Excessive pipeline resistance: Long pipelines, small pipe diameters, too many elbows, etc. will increase pipeline resistance, affecting the flow of the liquid and resulting in insufficient flow.
Wear of the sealing ring: Wear of the sealing ring will increase leakage in the pump, reducing the actual flow rate of the pump. Solution
Check the power supply and belt: Verify if the power voltage is normal, adjust the tension of the belt to ensure that the pump's speed reaches the rated value.

03.Insufficient head failure

Insufficient speed: Similar to the cause of insufficient flow rate, insufficient speed will also reduce the pump head.
High viscosity of the liquid: If the liquid being transported has a high viscosity, it will increase the resistance of the pump and reduce the pump head.
Air in the pump: The presence of air in the pump will affect the normal transportation of the liquid, leading to insufficient pump head. Solution
Replace the appropriate impeller: According to the design requirements of the pump, replace the impeller with the appropriate diameter.

04.Excessive vibration and noise faults
Installation of pump and motor is not secure: Loose anchor bolts of the pump and motor, or uneven installation conditions can cause vibration and noise during the operation of the pump.
Unbalanced impeller: Imbalance during the manufacturing or installation of the impeller will cause centrifugal force when the pump rotates, resulting in vibration and noise.
Damaged bearings: Wear of bearings or poor lubrication can lead to bearing damage, causing vibration and noise.
Pipeline resonance: When the natural frequency of the pipeline is close to the vibration frequency of the pump, resonance will occur, intensifying the vibration and noise. Solution
05.Motor overheating fault
Overload of the motor: If the pump's flow rate is too high, the head is too great, or the viscosity of the liquid is too high, the motor load will increase, leading to overheating of the motor.
Poor ventilation: If the cooling fan of the motor is damaged or the ventilation ports are blocked, it will affect the motor's heat dissipation, causing the motor temperature to rise.
Short circuit in the motor winding: If the motor winding gets damp or its insulation is damaged, it may cause a short circuit, generating a large amount of heat. Solution
