The CDL Pump CDL multi-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump developed by Zhejiang Dongquan Pump Industry Co., Ltd. Based on the optimized design of the DL/GDL series, it is mainly used for transporting non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive liquids and in scenarios requiring pressure increase. Its applications cover areas such as high-rise building water supply, industrial cooling, boiler feed water, agricultural irrigation and fire protection systems. The working medium temperature ranges from -15℃ to +70℃ for the normal temperature type and +120℃ for the hot water type [1].
This pump features stainless steel stamped and welded flow components, equipped with hard alloy mechanical seals and a fully enclosed air-cooled motor. It is driven directly through an axle coupling. The inlet and outlet ports adopt a coaxial design. The motor has a protection level of IP55 and an insulation class of F. It is compatible with single-phase 220-240V and three-phase 200-480V voltage standards. An internal intelligent protection device can prevent faults such as dry running and phase loss. The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow components are fixed by pull rod bolts. It supports a maximum environmental pressure of 10 bar and is suitable for mild corrosive media with a pH value in the range of 6.5-8.5.
