1. Purpose and Characteristics
This type of IS and IR water pump is specifically designed to pump clean water and cannot be used to pump dirty water with sand or mud. Factories, farmland, urban tap water, sewer drainage, and firefighting water can all be used. Its biggest feature is that it is sturdy, durable, energy-saving, does not take up space, and is not easily damaged by water bubbles (anti cavitation).
The pump operates at two speeds: 2900 RPM and 1450 RPM.

2. Structural Description
Although there are over 140 models, there are only 4 specifications of shafts, and bearings and seals can be used interchangeably, making it particularly convenient to replace parts.
The entire series only uses 4 types of base racks, with fewer maintenance spare parts, saving money
Simple structure, not easy to break, even if it breaks, it can be repaired.
3. Pump Structure Description
How is this pump designed?
Rear door design: repairing the water pump does not require dismantling the water pipe, and the impeller can be directly removed (just like repairing the engine without dismantling it)
Bearing lubrication: can be lubricated with engine oil or butter
Direct connected motor: It can be driven directly through a soft connector, providing sufficient power without shaking the hand
Integral casting: The pump casing and base are integrally formed, sturdy and leak proof
Mainly these few major items:
Pump casing: a large iron shell that surrounds the impeller
Impeller: a fan blade that rotates to pump water
Shaft and bearings: An iron rod rotates with an impeller, supported at both ends by ball bearings
Sealing element: prevent water from leaking into the bearing
How convenient is maintenance?
When repairing:
Remove the clip in the middle of the coupling
The entire rotor (impeller+shaft) can be extracted
The water pipe and motor don't need to be moved at all
It's as simple as changing the ballpoint pen core!
(Just like when your toilet is broken, you can fix it without dismantling the water pipe, which saves time, right?)
