Electric Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump

1.The pump features a compact structure, small size, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Its vertical design ensures a low center of gravity that aligns with the pump foot center, enhancing operational stability and service life.

2.Easy installation. The inlet and outlet share the same diameter and are aligned on the same centerline, allowing the pump to be installed directly on any part of the pipeline like a valve. With a rain cover added to the motor, it can be used outdoors. The pump is equipped with mounting feet to ensure stable installation.

3.Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. The motor utilizes low-noise bearings and is equipped with an in-operation oiling device. The pump impeller exhibits excellent dynamic and static balance, ensuring vibration-free operation and improving the usage environment.

4.Leak-free. The shaft seal employs a corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, effectively addressing the severe leakage issues common with centrifugal pump packing seals. This extends the service life and ensures a clean and tidy operating area.

5.Easy maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline; simply remove the pump cover nuts to extract the motor and transmission components for inspection and maintenance.

Depending on the site conditions, the pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, or in multiple orientations. Based on flow and head requirements, parallel or series configurations can be adopted to increase the desired flow and head.

1.The maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6MPa, i.e., the pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the inlet pressure exceeds 0.4MPa or the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately during ordering so that the pump's flow-passing parts and connection parts can be manufactured using cast steel materials.

2.Suitable Medium: The clean water pump medium should be non-corrosive liquid, with insoluble solid content not exceeding 0.1% of the unit volume and particle size <0.2mm. If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering.

3.The ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
