The cdl(f) Vertical Centrifugal Pump CDLF type light stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) is a non-self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump designed and manufactured based on advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources. It adopts standard vertical motors and quick-installation mechanical seals, making the replacement very convenient.
The flow passage parts of the pump are all made of stainless steel (304/316) material, which can be used in mild corrosive media. Huifan CDLF type light stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump can replace similar products from abroad such as CR and CRN.

The cdl(f) Vertical Centrifugal Pump CDLF type lightweight stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical multi-stage centrifugal power equipment, mainly used for water filtration transportation in water plants, high-rise building pressure boosting, industrial liquid transportation, irrigation and fire protection systems, etc. Its flow components are made of 304/316 stainless steel, capable of transporting thin and clean media and mild corrosive liquids. The applicable medium temperature range is from -15℃ to +120℃.
This pump adopts a compact vertical structure design, equipped with a closed single suction impeller and quick-installation mechanical seal. The shaft seal uses hard alloy and fluororubber materials, and it supports the transportation of high-temperature media. The product flow rate covers 1-22 m³/h, the maximum head is up to 232 m, and it is equipped with a standard motor and can be optionally equipped with an intelligent protector to prevent operation failures. The horizontal layout of the inlet and outlet is symmetrical, simplifying the installation of pipelines, and it is suitable for water supply boosting, boiler feed water, high-pressure flushing systems, and industrial process water treatment, etc.

01.The pump fails to draw water or the pressure is abnormal.

Problem description:
The pointers of the pressure gauge and the vacuum gauge were shaking violently.
The multi-stage pump fails to draw in water, and the vacuum gauge shows a high level of vacuum.
Solution:
1. Check if the water supply is sufficient: Ensure that the bottom valve does not leak and hire enough water supply.
