The CDL Multi-stage Pump CDL/CDLF series of lightweight stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps are meticulously designed non-self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps. They feature standard vertical motors and quick-installation mechanical seals, with an optimized mechanical seal structure. They adopt a novel one-piece interchangeable structure, capable of transporting various media ranging from tap water to industrial liquids. They are suitable for different temperature, flow rate and pressure ranges, and are also applicable to the replacement of mild corrosive liquids, with convenient operation.

Due to the use of mechanical seals with materials of hard alloy and fluororubber for the shaft seal, the reliability of the pump operation and the temperature of the conveyed medium can be improved.
The overall structure is compact, the size is small, the weight is light, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is remarkable, and the maintenance is convenient.
The inlet and outlet of the multi-stage pump are located at the same level as the pump base, and can be directly used in pipelines.
Using standard motors, users can customize the motors as per their requirements. Users can also equip intelligent protectors as needed to effectively protect the pump from situations such as dry running, phase missing, and overload.

Scope of Application

A thin, clean, non-flammable and non-explosive medium without solid particles or fibers.
Such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, refined oil and other light chemical media.
The main material of the pump is stainless steel, and it can be used for pumping mild corrosive media.
Water supply: Filtration and transportation of water plants, water supply by plant zones, booster of main pipes, booster for high-rise buildings.
Industrial boosting: Process water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system, fire protection system.
Industrial liquid transportation: Cooling and air conditioning system, boiler feed water and condensation system, machine tool matching, acid and alkali.
Water treatment: Ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.
Irrigation: Field irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation.
Working principle
When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller is subjected to centrifugal force and is ejected from the center of the impeller along the flow channels between the blades towards the periphery of the impeller. Due to the effect of the blades, the pressure and speed of the liquid increase simultaneously. The liquid flows through the flow channels of the guide shell and is directed to the next-stage impeller. In this way, it passes through all the impellers and guide shells successively, further increasing the pressure energy of the liquid. After each impeller is successively stacked, a certain head is obtained.
The CDL multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump is a relatively new type of pump from the 1990s. Its major advantages include energy saving, small footprint, easy installation, stable performance, and the use of 1Cr18Ni9Ti high-quality stainless steel for the outer casing, as well as a wear-resistant mechanical seal for the shaft seal, resulting in no leakage and a long service life. The axial force is resolved through hydraulic balance, making the pump operate smoothly, with low noise, and its installation conditions are better than those of the DL type pump. It can be easily installed in any middle position of a horizontal pipeline.
The CDL multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump has high hydraulic efficiency and a wide performance range. The inlet and outlet diameters range from 25 to 100 millimeters. The flow rate is 2 to 72 tons per hour, and the head is 25 to 150 meters. There are 9 series and over 70 specifications in total. It can fully meet the water supply and drainage as well as fire protection needs of high-rise buildings and deep well mines. It is an excellent pump type for transporting cold and hot water or general media, and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water in various industries.
