High Pressure Electric Inline Pipeline Pump

Centrifugal pumps come in various forms such as vertical, horizontal, single-stage, multi-stage, single-suction, double-suction, self-priming, and pipeline types. Therefore, centrifugal pumps are a large category of pumps, and they are used in many industrial and civilian fields. Their market share is at least 90%. The centrifugal pumps mentioned above include vertical, horizontal, single-stage, multi-stage, single-suction, double-suction, self-priming, and pipeline types.

High Pressure Electric Inline Pipeline Pump
The term "pipeline type" here refers to what we commonly call a pipeline pump. It is easy to see that a pipeline pump is a special type of centrifugal pump. In the industry, a pipeline pump is defined as a centrifugal pump where the inlet and outlet are on the same straight line. That is, it looks like a section of pipeline and can be directly installed on the pipeline to increase the pressure of the liquid.
From the perspective of the pump body structure, there is basically no significant difference. Pipeline pumps are mostly single-stage pumps. Some pipeline booster pumps with special requirements use multi-stage pumps. Most are ordinary pipeline pumps. Pipeline booster pumps are actually like a gas station for fluids in the pipeline. When the pipeline is laid for a long distance and the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipeline is insufficient to overcome the resistance of the pipeline, an additional booster pump needs to be added to increase the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline, so as to transport it to a farther place.
Summary: The centrifugal pump is the original model of the pipeline pump, and the pipeline pump falls within the category of centrifugal pumps. The pipeline pump is a special type of centrifugal pump with unique structural features. It has advantages such as convenient installation and maintenance (the impeller, pump body, and bearings can be maintained without removing the pipeline), wide performance range, and mature technology.

High Pressure Electric Inline Pipeline Pump

The characteristics and advantages of pipeline pumps

Compact structure: Pipeline pumps usually adopt a compact design, with a small footprint and easy installation.
High efficiency: Due to its unique structure and working principle, the pipeline pump has a much higher efficiency than other types of pump equipment.
High reliability: Due to the manufacturing process and material selection, the pipeline pump has high reliability and a long service life.
Widely applicable: The pipeline pump is suitable for various working environments and liquid transportation requirements, such as water, oil, chemical liquids, etc.
Working principle
The working principle of a pipeline pump mainly involves the motor driving the impeller to rotate, which in turn drives the liquid to rotate as well. This enables the liquid to acquire energy, thus meeting the requirements for liquid transportation. Specifically, the pipeline pump transmits the rotational motion from the impeller to the liquid, allowing the liquid to gain kinetic energy within the impeller; at the same time, the blades of the impeller also exert lift on the liquid, causing it to be lifted to the height of the pump's outlet; finally, the outlet guide vanes direct the liquid towards the pipeline for transportation.
