The IH type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump has wide versatility, with a full range of 140 specifications, but only four types of shafts; for the same specification of shafts, bearings, shaft seals, and fasteners of the impeller can all be interchangeable; the suspension price of the full range of pumps is only four types.
The pump speed is divided into two types: 2900 rpm and 1450 rpm.

Chemical Pump Stainless Steel Pump It is manufactured in accordance with international standards and combined with the process design of non-metallic pumps. The shaft seal adopts an advanced externally-mounted bellows mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the dynamic ring is filled with tetrafluoroethylene. It has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and excellent sealing performance.
The IH chemical pump is suitable for continuous transportation of any concentration of strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and strong fluorinating agents and other high-risk liquid chemical media. When transporting liquid corrosive media with a solid particle content of about 5%, a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mechanical seal needs to be matched. For working conditions with low requirements for pump head, it is recommended to select a 1450 rpm low-speed motor, which can significantly extend the pump's service life.
The inlet and outlet of the IH chemical pump are all reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pump's pressure resistance. Practical use has shown that this pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. Applicable temperature range: -50℃ to 150℃. When the operating temperature exceeds 120℃, the pump impeller needs to be made of high-temperature-resistant materials.

1. Applicable to urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, printing and dyeing, brewing, power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, oil tanker oil unloading, etc.
2. Applicable to clear water, seawater, and chemical medium liquids with acids and alkalis, as well as general paste-like slurries (medium viscosity ≤ 100 centipoise, solid content can reach below 30%).
It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, and synthetic fiber industries for transporting alkaline corrosive media;

Precautions for Using Mechanical Seals
The IH type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump can be equipped with different types of mechanical seals according to different usage conditions (such as internal single-end face balanced and unbalanced type, double-end face balanced type and non-balanced type, external mechanical seal, etc.). Depending on the selected seal type, the usage methods and precautions also vary. The following only lists a few general precautions.
1. Since mechanical seals are generally suitable for use in clean, non-hydraulic particle-containing media, the newly installed pipeline system and liquid storage tank should be thoroughly rinsed to prevent solid impurities from entering the seal end faces and causing the seal to fail.
2. In media prone to crystallization, attention should be paid to frequent rinsing when using mechanical seals. Before restarting after shutdown, the crystals on the mechanical seal should be cleaned thoroughly.
3. When disassembling the mechanical seal, it should be done carefully. Do not use hammer or iron tools to strike to avoid damaging the sealing surfaces of the moving and static rings.
4. If the dirt cannot be removed, try to clear it and then disassemble after rinsing thoroughly to avoid damaging the sealing elements.
5. Before installing the mechanical seal, check if all sealing elements are damaged or damaged. If so, repair or replace them.
6. Strictly inspect the relative friction sealing surfaces of the moving ring and the static ring. No minor scratches, bruises, or other defects are allowed. All components, including the pump body, impeller, and sealing chamber, should be rinsed clean before assembly. Especially the sealing surfaces of the moving and static rings, they should be wiped clean with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn, and then coated with a layer of clean grease or engine oil.
7. Pay attention to eliminating deviations during assembly. When tightening the screws, do it evenly to avoid skewing and causing the seal to fail.
8. Correctly adjust the compression amount of the spring. After the pump is installed, when the rotor is turned by hand, it should be felt that the sealing spring has a certain compression amount and can rotate smoothly without a tight feeling. If it feels too tight or cannot be turned, it should be appropriately loosened.
9. For mechanical seals with external flushing, before starting, turn on the flushing liquid to fill the sealing chamber. When shutting down, turn off the flushing liquid first and then stop the pump.
