Products Description
Cast Iron Double Suction Water Pump (also known as Double Suction Split Case Pump), is a single-stage double-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. The liquid is sucked in simultaneously from both sides of the impeller, and the pump casing is horizontally split along the axis. This pump is specially designed for industrial circulation systems with large flow rates and medium to high head.
Horizontal split casing structure (Horizontally Split Casing)
The pump casing is divided into upper and lower parts along the horizontal axis.
During maintenance, only the upper cover needs to be removed to inspect and repair the rotor.
The inlet and outlet water pipelines do not need to be disassembled, making maintenance convenient.
Double suction impeller design
The liquid is sucked in symmetrically on both sides of the impeller.
Axial force is automatically balanced.
The bearing load is significantly reduced.
The inlet and outlet are arranged on the same side.
The inlet and outlet are located in the lower part of the pump body.
The flange faces opposite or the same (depending on the model).
Installation of the pipeline is simple.
